OUR PROJECTS: SUCCESSFUL URBAN DEVELOPMENTS IN SYDNEY

Victoria Street & George Street, Burwood Towers (SSDA)

One of NSW's first Infill Housing SSDAs for 3 towers in Burwood. This project, valued at $108 million, includes 380 market and affordable units, 550 car spaces, and 42,000m² of GFA. Approved in 12 months (December 2024), the development is already underway.

Marquet & Mary Street, Rhodes Tower (SSDA)

Currently under construction, this 42- storey tower in Rhodes includes 276 apartments, 5 retail spaces, and 25,058m² of GFA. With an estimated value of $90 million, this project is a key example of our expertise in high-rise urban design.

Five Ways Crows Nest Tower (SSDA)

We successfully led the preparation for an Infill Housing SSDA tower at Five Ways, Crows Nest. The project, valued at $80 million, includes 22 storeys, 191 apartments, 8,000m² of commercial/retail space, and 220 onsite parking spaces. Approved in August 2024.
